Do you have an App?
We don’t currently have a dedicated app, but you can easily add our website to your phone or tablet so it works just like one — or simply bookmark the page.

Follow the prompts and the site will appear on your home screen like an app.
iOS (iPhone / iPad using Safari):

How do I enter a competition or game?
To enter, you’ll need to create a free account. This is also where you can track your entries and view results securely.
Once registered, you can grab your tickets or entries and start playing.
How old do I have to be to enter?
You must be 18 years or older to take part in any MCR Comps competition.
This ensures we comply with UK law and promote fair, responsible play for all participants.
We may ask for age verification before processing prizes or confirming your account.
Do I have to live in Manchester to play?
No! You don’t need to live in Manchester to enter our competitions.
All you need is to be a UK resident — as long as you meet the age requirement, you can take part from anywhere in the UK.
Can I enter for free?
Yes – every competition includes a free postal entry option. You can find full instructions for entering by post on our Postal Entry page.
Can I enter more than once, and are there any spending limits?
Yes! You can enter as many times as you like, as long as you stay within the entry limits listed on each competition page. Each order requires a minimum spend of £0.99, with a maximum of £100 per order, to ensure fair play and responsible participation.
How do I pay?
We use a secure third-party provider to handle all payments, ensuring your information is protected. You can pay using:
- Debit or Credit Card
- Google Pay
- Apple Pay

What kind of prizes can I win?
Right now, we’re focusing on cash prizes — and there’s plenty up for grabs!
As we grow, we’d love to hear from our players. Your feedback helps us shape new and exciting competitions for the future.
How will I be notified if I win?
If you win, the result will appear in your account, and we’ll contact you directly using the details linked to your account — usually by email. Please make sure your account details are always up to date.
If you think you’ve won but haven’t heard from us within a reasonable time, contact our team at winners@mcrcomps.co.uk and we’ll investigate.
How are prizes paid out?
All cash prizes are paid directly to the winner via bank transfer.
We aim to process payouts promptly, but during busy periods, we appreciate your patience.
Is there a deadline to claim my prize?
Yes — winners have 7 days to claim their prize. Site credit will be added directly to the users profile. We’ll do everything we can to get in touch, so please make sure your contact details are up to date.

When does a competition close and when is the draw?
Unless stated otherwise, all competitions have a fixed closing date and draw date, clearly shown on each competition page.
Where can I watch the live draws?
You can watch all draws live on our Facebook page.
Do I have to watch the live draw or what if I miss it?
No, you don’t have to watch the live draw. We encourage it because it’s all part of the fun, but it’s completely optional.
If you miss it, don’t worry — the results will be posted on our Results page and if you win, we’ll contact you directly.
Can I see past winners or results?

Is this legal?
Yes — MCR Comps operates fully within UK law under the Gambling Act 2005. Our prize draws are classed as skill-based competitions, not gambling or lotteries. To comply with the law, every competition includes a free postal entry option, meaning no purchase is necessary to take part. All entries, paid or free, are treated equally, and every draw is conducted fairly and transparently.
Is MCR Comps a registered company?
Yes — MCR Comps Ltd is a registered private limited company based in Manchester, Greater Manchester. It was officially incorporated on 22 September 2025 and operates under company number 16732500.
How do I know this isn’t a scam?
We understand your concern — there are plenty of questionable sites out there. That’s why at MCR Comps, we prioritise fairness, transparency, and trust. All our competitions and games are run either through the trusted third-party system RANDOM.ORG or using cryptographically secure random number generators, ensuring every result is completely fair and impartial.
