Who You've Supported
Willow Wood Hospice provides specialist palliative care and support for adults with life-limiting illnesses, including both cancer and non-cancer diagnoses. Their incredible team offers compassion, dignity and comfort to patients and families when they need it most.
Manchester Mind is a local, independent mental health charity that’s been supporting people across Manchester for over 35 years. They provide counselling, welfare and housing advice, peer-support groups, emotional “Listening Ear” calls, and a range of wellbeing resources for both adults and young people.
